Under construction!

In a few weeks Clark House Historian blog will celebrate its sixth year of investigating, interpreting and sharing the stories of the Clarks, their relatives, neighbors, friends, and the world in which they lived, and—from time to time—discussing current events in light of historical precedent and circumstances. And it appears that our outreach is working; as of January 15, 2021, the blog had about 8,700 views by over 1,800 visitors (some of whom may have been spammers, but pretty good outreach all the same).

From our first post in March, 2016, through January 15, 2021, I’ve researched, written and published 140 Clark House Historian posts comprising almost 125,000 words. That’s a lot of information. And even though the blog has a good Search function, and each post is kind-of-indexed with Category information and date Tags, it’s starting to get tricky to find specific information and archived source materials. So, I’m going to start indexing the blog here. It may take a while, and there may be hiccups along the way, but that’s the goal. We’ll see how it goes…

Thanks for reading.
